Who We Are Looking For
A dynamic B2B technology pro to develop, manage and implement multifaceted PR programs across an array of mediums. The ideal candidate is passionate about leading client relations by providing counsel that can only come from knowing their brand and sector on an intrinsic level. Our AD’s are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, reporting & analysis and not only tracking to KPIs, but eclipsing them.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic client PR programs to meet business objectives and grow their brands.
- Proactive media relations to place stories across a wide array of mediums and industry verticals.
- Brand and industry listening to identify trends and opportunities for story development.
- Manage client relationships, lead meetings and manage project timelines.
- Content development, including bylined articles, award submissions, blog posts, whitepapers, investor + internal communications.
- Train and advise spokespeople for media interviews, press conferences and presentations.
- Proactively identify new agency client opportunities and shape Cliffhanger's enterprise tech positioning.
- Oversee campaign budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the agency account team.
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on program performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of agency or in-house experience
- Innate understanding of the enterprise tech industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong B2B writing portfolio.
- A data-driven approach with a knack for translating insights into actionable communication strategies.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
